Problem

A portfolio case study should demonstrate interaction depth and visual restraint without pretending to be a real property, leasing platform, or live lead system.

Approach

Built a data-driven 13-section story with a custom header, responsive visual choreography, a bounded interactive master plan, local favourites, accessible selector sheets, and a demo-only contact flow.

Evidence boundary

  • Fictional portfolio demo only. Generated imagery, copy, campus geometry, favourites, and contact success state are local demonstration content; nothing is sent to a real owner.

    Space for what’s next

    Make the campus tangible through cinematic architecture and direct spatial exploration.

    • Created a cinematic entrance and a bounded interactive Three.js architectural model.
    • Added equivalent map controls, day/night lighting, space selection and a local visit planner.
    • Integrated portfolio return and archive links without obscuring the architectural experience.

    Immersive campus concept

    • Added a data-driven 13-section CATALYST narrative with custom navigation and responsive fallbacks.
    • Added a bounded vanilla Three.js campus scene with interactive master-plan pins.
    • Added local favourites, studio selector sheets, carousels, keyboard-reachable reveals, and demo-only contact validation.
